Hello All!
We are holding a Bodyworks February Vacation Day Camp Wednesday March 2nd for students 7 years or older. Drop off time will be 9:00-9:30a.m and pick up will be at 4:00p.m. This will be a very fun camp which includes karate lessons, lunch, movie, arts/crafts and some fun games. Students who come will be able to make their own staff and we will have a special staff form for those students to learn when they come. Students should bring a sleeping bag and pillows. They will also get 2 class credits for attending this camp. This will be in preparation for our week long summer camp that we have planned for this coming summer. See Mrs. Hardy at the front desk if you interested. We need a minimum of 10 students and a max of 20 students. Last day to sign-up will be Friday Feb 18th and price will be $75.00/student.
Also, we have a very excited FREE seminar on Saturday February 26th @ 10:45 a.m. We encourage anybody and everybody to attend. We encourage kids (ages 7 years and up) to come in with their parents. This seminar will cover some self-defense, our new School Safe-Street Safe program, and Thai kickboxing. If you know anybody that is interested be sure to bring them or inform them about this as it will be a great way to check out what we do here!! Be sure and sign-up for this or have anybody you know call and sign-up as we need a minimum of 10 people. Make sure to wear comfortable work-out clothes to this event. Last day to sign-up will be Wednesday Feb. 23rd. Thank you so much and have a wonderful day!

SPARRING/FORMS this week. Be sure to have your
sparring gear, for all classes.
NEW NINJA CLASS ADDED! We've split
the Thursday night Ninja class. The beginner class (white belt through purple
belt) will be at the same time (4:45 - 5:30). The advanced class (blue belts
and above) will now be from 5:30 to 6:15. Please plan accordingly.

Upcoming/On-going Events
JANUARY IS "WALL OF FAME"
MONTH: Bring in a picture of your wall of fame and we'll put it up on the
bulletin board. No larger than 5x7 please.
ADULT STORM CLASS: There is
interest in starting an adult storm class so we have decided to do so. The
class will be held on Mondays from 7:30 - 8:00 pm. If you are interested please
let us know and we'll get you all the details. Sign up sheet at the front desk.
BLUE STAR PROJECT #1/2012: We will be
performing demonstrations for the residents and staff at the Merrimack County
Nursing Home on February 18th at 10:00 a.m. Please let Mrs. Hardy
know if you are interested in participating and let's get those demos rockin'!
